Ellsworth Systems, LLC, (ESI) is the premier provider of Self Service Coin Machines, Coin Processing Equipment, Money Processing Equipment, and Lobby Coin Machines. ESI is also the leading supplier for currency, check and coin processing equipment, supplies and service. ESI supplies everything financial including ATMs, coin and currency counters, cash and coin dispensers and Check 21 solutions through our direct sales force and our Nationwide Dealer Network.

Ellsworth System’s Field Service Technicians cover seven states with service at the customer’s location. They can work on ATM’s, self-service coin redemption equipment, coin counting, sorting and packaging equipment, check encoders, check scanners, currency counters, teller systems, etc. They can basically work on anything whether it was bought from ESI or not.

ESI’s Depot Service Department manages a nationwide service depot on all types of desktop money handling equipment. Our experienced technicians rebuild hundreds of machines a month for some of the biggest retail companies and banks in the country.

Capabilities
Ellsworth Systems is well staffed and highly capable of providing a broad array of services to meet your service related needs. This includes ON-SITE visits by our professional factory trained technicians and DEPOT REPAIR of your coin, currency, check handling and other desktop equipment. Should you desire support and direction for situations which do not require either on-site or depot repair, real-time telephone assistance is available through our HELP DESK.

The question of service costs is often foremost in the mind of the equipment user. It is important to realize that no machine, no matter how well engineered or manufactured, will last more than about half of its normal useful life without periodic and timely maintenance. It is the goal of Ellsworth Systems to provide the finest technical support to meet the needs of our customers.

On-Site Service
We offer on-site visits under Service Maintenance Agreement or on a billable basis.

Depot Repair
We can provide for equipment repair at our location, on a timely basis. Our repair depot will receive, repair, and quickly return your currency, coin, and other desktop equipment, at lower cost then on-site repairs. We can also repair virtually any electronic item in our depot. Give us a call if you have an item that you would like for us to evaluate.

Help Desk
Our help desk staff is available for technical support to maintenance agreement customers and can offer options to those not under contract.
