ProSales Marketing handles part of the marketing loop, namely campaign management and sales contacts.
Campaign management is an application on an application server, which also serves as data and Web server for bank customer terminals. The server is the link between a bank’s CRM system and its ATM network, and therefore imports data from a CRM system and exports feedback from the customers it addresses. Bank staff manage all the parameters in a campaign, including time, target customers, target systems, locations and content (text, graphics). The system provides multi-organization support.
The dialog on the self-service machine in online banking addresses customers by name and contains specific up-to-date information (offer, survey, third-party ad). Customers use the soft keys to respond, with their feedback being sent via the server straight to the CRM system. Customer address can take place at several points during a bank transaction.
Servers and terminals are linked via TCP/IP; presentation of the customer dialog on the terminal is handled on a Web browser, which downloads HTML pages from the server. This Web-enabling technology provides optimal support for the multichannel concept.
Deploying these solution components is always linked to an integration project, which is largely used to integrate data and customize terminals. These services are part of the solution offering.
