Field Service:

ESI offers a full range of coin, currency, electronic and ATM equipment services by professional, certified, trained technicians throughout the Mid South area including: Arkansas, Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Southern Virginia. 

Each technician has a full parts inventory right on their trucks that can resolve most service issues onsite at the time of the initial call!  Any additional parts may be procured and usually shipped overnight, ensuring your equipment is up and running in the absolute quickest timeframe. 

Billable calls:  Service can be performed on a time, travel and materials basis per visit,
call dispatch at 1-800-426-2067 for  rates and fees.

Service Maintenance Agreements:  For most applications, however, we recommend a
yearly SMA whereupon the technician will perform 2, 3 or 4(your choice)  regularly scheduled Preventative maintenance calls ensuring your equipment always functions as it should, and all service calls in-between are covered!

Service is available 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri with most calls being responded to same or next business day.  Should need arise outside those hours, a message system will distribute your concern so that it is handled at the earliest possible opportunity.
